How fast will I get a reply?

I didn't get my key / order — what now?

Open a ticket with the Orders & keys category and include your order email and approximate purchase time. We'll track it down.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within the terms of service. Pick Payments & refunds and describe your case — undelivered or faulty items are always covered.

The launcher won't start.

Make sure you're on 64-bit Windows 10/11 and your antivirus didn't quarantine it. Still stuck? Send a ticket under Launcher / app with your OS version.

Do I need an account to get support?

No. Anyone can open a ticket or email us — an account just makes order-related help faster.
